Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return Process: Contact our customer support to receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: You may exchange items for a different size or product, subject to availability.
Note: Sale items or final clearance products may not be eligible for return.
